We don’t sit in a corporate office. All of our 700+ moderators work from home – from California to Florida.

Job Description

Are you fascinated by photos? Love spending time with videos? Then this remote moderation job will give you the opportunity to earn money from home.

You can do it with only moderate experience. In addition – we will start with 5 days of paid training. You will be Pinterest’s digital guardian – making sure every pin is safe, beautiful and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Pin Scanning
  Check 100-180 images, videos, boards and comments per hour. Nudity, violence, spam, hate speech, copyright – don’t let anything pass.
• Report Response
  Review within 7 minutes when user reports come in. Remove + “Thank you” message to user if correct.
• AI Flag Check
  Our AI flags 500+ pins every day. You check manually and decide.
• Guideline Update
  30-minute live training when Pinterest’s new rules come in. 1 time per week.
• Performance Log
  Daily work summary entry in our cloud dashboard. No paperwork.

Decision Making
Every job must have the ability to make quick decisions. So that something bad can be removed before it spreads.

Qualifications

• Location
  Legally residing in any state of the United States (US Citizen / Green Card / Work Authorization).
• Education
  High school graduate or GED. Are you in college? Apply for part-time shifts.
• Tech Setup
  Dual monitor laptop + 30 Mbps+ internet. Webcam + headphones required.
• Language
  Fluent reading and writing in English. Bonus points if you know Spanish.
• Shift
  Morning (6 AM – 2 PM), Evening (2 PM – 10 PM), Night (10 PM – 6 AM) – choose any one.
