Renovation Supervisor Cum Class 3 Driver (Construction Sector – WP)

We are recruiting an experienced and responsible Renovation Supervisor with Class 3 Driver in construction and renovation work. The candidate should have a good understanding of renovation and site management. The site work should be supervised efficiently. Class 3 driving license is required. Coretrade certificate holders will be given priority. Young, hardworking and quick-witted candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Properly supervise and coordinate the renovation site work every day.
• Safely operate Class 3 vehicles on site as required.
• Ensure quality by monitoring the progress of the workers.
• Collect necessary materials and deliver them to the site on time.
• Ensure safety policies are followed on site to minimize risks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in renovation work with Coretrade certificate is required.
• Minimum driving skills with a valid Class 3 license are essential.
• Site experience and team management skills related to renovation are required.
•  Age below 38 years and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates from India, Bangladesh or Myanmar.
