We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our 7-Eleven team in the Central Region of Singapore. This full-time position is Candidates with retail experience and multilingual skills (English + Tamil/Malay/Mandarin) are preferred. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, cashiering (bill payments, cash withdrawals), stocking products, maintaining store cleanliness and promoting products to increase sales. The ideal candidate must be willing to work 6 days a week, working in shifts. Must have good communication skills and be focused on the job. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Assisting customers with friendly and professional behavior and answering their questions.
• Cashier Responsibilities – Handling product billing, cash transactions, bill payments, and cash withdrawal services.
• Product Sales and Promotion – Recommending products to customers and finding ways to increase sales.
• Store Cleanliness – Keeping the store and counter areas clean and tidy.
• Product Stock Management – ​​Properly arranging products on shelves, checking stock, and displaying new products.
• Pricing and Billing – Accurately calculating and explaining product prices to customers.
• Security Maintenance – Safeguarding cash and store assets and reporting unusual situations.
• Shift Reporting – Reporting sales, stock, and important information at the end of each shift.
• Compliance with Company Policies – Accurately following 7-Eleven’s rules and regulations (e.g., age verification for tobacco sales).
• Teamwork – Collaborating with colleagues and managers to complete daily tasks.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Nationality and Gender – Priority for Singaporeans/PRs. Multilingual candidates (English + Tamil/Malay/Mandarin) preferred.
• Shift Work Ability – Must be willing to work 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Work Schedule – Must be able to work 6 days a week (weekends are flexible).
• Communication Skills – Fluent in English and Tamil/Malay/Mandarin conversational skills are a plus.
• Physical Ability – Able to stand for long periods of time, light lifting (stock management) and cleaning.
• Math Skills – Must have basic math knowledge for cash transactions, bill calculations, and inventory management.

• Training – Must be willing to undergo training to learn company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
